Picker is a mobile application for extracting and creating color palettes. The app processes all images and palettes locally on your device. We are committed to being transparent about how data is handled.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, process, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Photos or images you use within the app
• Color palettes or data you create
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us

3. Local Storage

Picker stores your saved palettes and preferences locally on your device using the browser's built-in local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings.

4. Photos and Camera

When you choose to upload a photo for color extraction, that image is processed entirely on your device. The image is never uploaded to any server, shared with any third party, or stored by the app beyond your current session.

5. Internet Access

Picker uses the internet solely to display advertisements through Google AdMob. No personal data, images, or palettes are transmitted over the internet. All core features of the app function without an internet connection.

6. Third-Party Services — Google AdMob

Picker uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.

7. In-App Purchases

Picker offers an optional one-time purchase (Picker Premium) processed through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never accessible to us.

8. Children's Privacy

Picker is a general-purpose design tool intended for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Ad content displayed through AdMob is subject to Google's family policies.

9. Data Security

We do not collect or store any personal data on our servers. All palette data remains exclusively on your local device. Advertisement-related data is handled securely by Google AdMob.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
